How Anticipate makes mood tracking effortless

If all you do is open the app once in a while, that’s enough. On days you want to go deeper, you can journal, chat, or reflect in your own way. But you never have to.

  1. We read your Apple Health, Device Motion, Location data.
  2. We model your sleep from night device motion, or get it from Apple Watch.
  3. We model your Sleep and Activity Score, Weather and Travel.
  4. When needed, you add context about good events and triggers.
  5. Anticipate generates your mood prediction and pre-writes a mood journal.
  6. If it rings true, keep it. If not, override it.
